Book Rental Scheme

A book rental scheme is in operation for all students.

Book Rental Scheme Co-Ordinators: Ms. A Comerford & Mr. J Dollard

Books should be kept clean and neat and should be returned to school at the end of the school year. Book checks will be carried out during the school year. Books lost or damaged must be replaced by the student.

Junior Cycle cost- €250 for the 3 years.
Senior Cycle cost- €250 for the 2 years.

The following terms and conditions apply to the scheme:

  1. The books supplied under the scheme will remain at all times the property of the school. They will be subject to inspection at any time by a member of the teaching staff.
  2. If books are lost or damaged, they must be replaced by the student. Full compensation for lost books will be required before readmission to the scheme.
  3. Membership of the scheme is at the discretion of the Principal. Any student found to be abusing, defacing or disposing of rented books will be dismissed from the scheme and will be required to supply their own books for the remainder of their time in school.
  4. Books supplied under the scheme may be new or second hand at the discretion of the Principal.
